Giselle was named a 2026 recipient of the Camden County Martin Luther King Freedom Medal. This recognition honors individuals whose work, character, and contributions reflect a commitment to service, leadership, and positive impact within the community.

Giselle was selected as a finalist in the Portrait Society of America’s 27th annual international portrait competition, The International. At only 16 years old, she was one of just 19 finalists selected worldwide; she was also recognized as an Exceptional Merit Award recipient.

Giselle was selected as the 2024 Congressional Art Competition Winner for New Jersey District  1 for her charcoal portrait Little Muse. The artwork was exhibited inside the Cannon Tunnel at the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. for one year.

Giselle was honored to have her charcoal works curated into the combined 17th/18th International ARC Salon Exhibition hosted by Sotheby’s New York in 2026. Giselle was invited to have her works included in this exhibition by the Art Renewal Center, one of the leading international competitions dedicated to contemporary realism.

Giselle’s work received placement awards in the 17th and 18th International ARC Salon Competitions, including 1st Place in the Teens Category in the 18th International ARC Salon Competition for her charcoal portrait Happy 100th Birthday Great Grandma Dot!

This exhibition marks another important milestone in Giselle’s growth as a young realist artist, placing her work among selected international artists in a respected New York exhibition setting.

Giselle’s works Little Muse and Dad’s Portrait were selected for inclusion in the Lunar Codex, a global cultural archive preserving creative work on the Moon. The project includes artwork, writing, music, film, and other cultural artifacts from more than 50,000 creators representing 264 countries and territories, along with 156 Indigenous nations.

The Lunar Codex is designed as a long-term archive of human creativity. Its collections are preserved using durable formats including silver, nickel, nanofiche, and quartz nanochip archives, created to last for more than a billion years on the lunar surface.

The Polaris Collection, which includes Giselle’s selected works, is scheduled as part of a future Lunar Codex mission targeting launch in Fall 2026. Through this inclusion, Little Muse and Dad’s Portrait become part of a historic effort to preserve the art and imagination of this generation far beyond Earth.
